Shep Sanders

Shep Sanders is located in the Arid Badlands directly outside the entrance to the Arid Hills, standing next to a medical vending machine and a Catch-A-Ride outpost. He is a minor character, appearing as a generic NPC, and he gives the player only a small amount of side-quests in addition to the Sledge: The Mine Key mission.
