Hyperius is the first of two Invincibles introduced in the Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate's Booty Downloadable Content.
He is found after completing the main storyline of the DLC in Washburne Refinery. Hyperius is Level 52, and after a player character kills him, they are locked out of the fight for a full day. Hyperius is a Seraph Guardian and drops Seraph Crystals upon death.
